Ponte de Sor Municipality Welcomes Institutional Delegation to Review PRR Agendas in the Aeronautical Cluster
Last Friday, the Municipality of Ponte de Sor welcomed an institutional delegation led by Dr. Sofia Moreira de Sousa, Representative of the European Commission in Portugal, and Dr. Pedro Dominguinhos, President of the National Monitoring Commission of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), for a technical visit to assess the implementation status of the ongoing projects under the Mobilising Agendas integrated within the Ponte de Sor Aeronautical Cluster.
The visit was also an opportunity to present the development path of the Municipal Aerodrome in recent years, whose modernization has been supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Carla Santos, Member of the Board of Directors of IAPMEI, reaffirming the Government’s commitment to executing PRR-related investments. The main business and institutional partners of the cluster were also present: TEKEVER, Sevenair Academy, AEROMEC, MCP, MCG, and ACIPS – the Commercial and Industrial Association of Ponte de Sor.
