Within the scope of the Operational Safety Policy, in force at Ponte de Sor Municipal Aerodrome (LPSO), you should fill out this form whenever you understand the need to propose an improvement or report an occurrence within it.
Under the Just Culture Policy in force at the LPSO, it is not mandatory to send any contact or other data that can identify the suggestion / reporting author. The email address requested is optional and is only intended to clarify any questions that may arise in the Suggestion / Report presented.
