Sevenair Academy
Sevenair Academy traces its origins in the first civilian pilot school in Portugal, AeroAvia that was created in 1980. Later this company was bought by an investor and became Vega. At the same time in 1998 Leávia was created in the Algarve becoming not only the first pilot school in the South of the country but also the first aviation school to achieve JAA approval.
Leávia later acquired Vega, expanding to Lisbon area. In 2011 started offering maintenance technician courses and the operations were integrated within Sevenair Group later on.

AEROMEC
With over 29 years of experience, the Omni Group is the largest private aviation group in Portugal.

GFServices is a recently established maintenance company. It is developing a comprehensive support service center at the aerodrome of Ponte de Sor with substantial investment to build up various services for aircraft and pilots – targeting General Aviation as well as commercial aircraft owners. GFS is covering everything, from small maintenance issues via CAMO services to complete and extended overhauls. For pilots, it will offer maintenance, training, the necessary equipment and more. A luxury company-owned hotel will care for the needs of the pilots while staying at the airfield. With a team of 20 people, many with more than 25 years of experience in the field, counts with Engº Nélio Fidalgo as accountable Manager, Director of Maintenance Mr. José Miguel Jesus and Professor Engº Coronel Pedro Costa as Quality Manager.

Heliavionics Lab – Avionics Components Maintenance and Repair Heliavionics Lab
Heliavionics Lab operates a business of maintenance and repair, specialized on KAMOV helicopters. It maintains a part 145 certificate and holds widespread further qualifications. Besides maintenance and repair, Heliavionics Lab offers the inspection of helicopters and their engines, parts and components, selling also parts and accessories.

ANEPC – National Civil Emergency and Protection Authority
National Civil Emergency and Protection Authority (ANEPC) maintains a base for their Kamov and Ecureil helicopters at the Ponte de Sor aerodrome. The helicopters are used for rescue and forest fire fighting. Ponte de Sor is their home base across the whole of Portugal, providing also all kinds of maintenance and repair for the whole fleet.

Aerodrome Firefighters – Rescue and Fire Fighting Service
Due to the characteristics of the aircraft operating at the Ponte de Sor Municipal Aerodrome, it is necessary to have a support brigade service with the aim of guaranteeing, in a first intervention, the creation and maintenance of survival and escape conditions.
AEROCLUB de Ponte de Sor
A Non-profit association, composed of a local aeronautical community that, moved by the taste for aviation, got together with the goal of promoting and disseminating aeronautical culture, by organizing and participating in conferences, congresses, exhibitions, aeronautical festivals and other events of a similar nature, national and international. The reinforcement of training in the various aeronautical professions is also one of the guiding purposes of all the effort developed and to be developed by the Aeroclube of Ponte de Sor.
